Meenakshi started the season with an absolute bang, not only leading the team off the field with her competitive desire, respect for her teammates and opponents, but also with her on field performances. Her tenacious attitude and ability to score goals out of nothing has shown that she will be a fearless leader and one to watch this season!
SOLOMON, 08B SHABOUT
Solomon has been a great team player, attending every practice and game with a big smile on his face. He has stepped up his game and is doing a great job playing goalkeeper for the team this season. He has had outstanding saves in all the games the team played this far. Solomon has a great attitude, is a great teammate, and is a fast learner. He will do anything for the team.
ELLIE, 15G LACY
Ellie comes to practice and games with a smile on her face ready to listen and learn. As a 2015 girl she has shown to put the team first by trying to create passes and opportunities for her teammates instead of shooting every time she gets the ball. She can play any position and doesn’t complain about where she plays or how much she plays. She always has a team first attitude and is a joy to have on our team!
MATTHEW, 11B STRICKER BLACK
Matthew is an outstanding goalkeeper and young man. He works hard at every practice and gives it his all and attends extra training sessions to continually get better. Matthew is loved by his teammates, and you can tell he loves the game of soccer. His stellar play helped the 11B earn a spot in Classic League, and he continues to amaze each week. He is not perfect but he has the unique ability to make huge saves that keep us in games. He improves every week and that is attributed to his hard work and dedication to his position.
