Jorge is a real leader in our team. He has stepped up in preseason to be captain and really embraced this role through his dedication to his own personal development, high standards off the field & commitment to his team. Jorge operates in many different positions but is a very dominant defender especially when faced with 1v1 situations. He displays fantastic athleticism, sound defensive technique and is improving weekly with his composure on the ball after retaining possession for the team to allow us to build up from our defensive third. Congrats, Jorge!
ella, 08g williams
Ella always steps up and is ready to put the team on her shoulders, whether it is with a goal, assist or (what seems to be) her 10th 50 yard dribble! Frequently taking the attention of multiple defenders, she takes the bruises and responds by rising to the challenge. She is the ultimate ‘clutch’ player, when her team really needs her most, and Ella never fails to deliver. Not only was she the team’s top scorer last season from midfield, she finished Coppell Cup 2021 with 5 goals in 5 games. She required our opponents in the final to use 4 different players to try to stop her and they couldn’t!

Ben has been growing to be a great role model for his U9 age group. He is very determined and puts in the hard work on every session and game, setting a great standard to be followed by his teammates. He is developing at a great pace every week and learning new skills and game concepts that are becoming very key for his team’s success.
JUNE, 12G VASQUEZ
June is always looking to improve herself in practice. She is great at taking instruction and always bringing up the skill level of those around her. Her head is always in the right place, and she is always supportive of her teammates, bringing positivity and support to the team environment. June is a very coachable player that is a joy to coach.
